- Cancelling does not automatically mean you lose access immediately. When you cancel renewal (or confirm cancellation on a prepaid term), access normally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, as shown in your account.
- Refund eligibility is assessed under our published Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in our product wording excludes non-excludable statutory consumer guarantees. Read the Refund Policy.

This page uses the Monthly, Annual, 3-Year billing periods from the plan catalog. Free stays $0 for every period. Creator, Professional, and Business use the catalog list price for the selected period. Enterprise is custom-priced. 3-Year prices are prepaid totals for 36 months of access, not yearly charges.
The Free plan includes Cepe Paper editor (web), Desktop app, Local projects, Export to PDF, Basic templates, 500 MB Cepe Cloud storage, 1 user, and Community support.
Every signed-in account includes Cepe Cloud storage. Automatic cross-device Cloud Sync starts on Creator. Automatic cross-device Cloud Sync is included on Creator and above. Free includes Cepe Cloud storage you can upload to, but files do not sync across devices automatically.
Signed-in members on every plan, including Free, can download the desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Guests must create a free account first. Use Cepe Paper in a mobile browser. A native iOS or Android app is not offered.
Free: Cepe Sign not included. Creator: Cepe Sign (10/month). Professional, Business, and Enterprise: Unlimited Cepe Sign.
