What Cepe Paper is and who it is for.
Cepe Paper is Cepe's all-in-one document studio. Create and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and PDFs in the browser or on the desktop app. Cepe Sign and Automatic cross-device Cloud Sync start on Creator; Cepe AI (CAI) and Activity Tracker (personal) start on Professional; Team workspaces and Team Activity Tracker start on Business.
A free Cepe account is required for cloud features, the member dashboard, forum access, and desktop downloads. You can explore marketing pages without signing in. Create an account or sign in when you are ready.
Use Cepe Paper in the browser on any device. Signed-in members can download Windows, macOS, and Linux installers from the download page. A free account is enough.
Cepe Sign lets you email a secure, time-limited link so recipients can review, comment on, and sign your documents. Signed PDFs include an audit trail. Cepe Sign is available on Creator plans and above—not on the Free plan.
Activity Tracker records usage metadata such as sign-in, attendance, and document work inside Cepe Paper. It does not use webcam, microphone, or screen recording. Yes. The Free plan includes Cepe Paper editor (web), Desktop app, Local projects, Export to PDF, Basic templates, 500 MB Cepe Cloud storage, 1 user, and Community support. Creator adds 20 GB Cepe Cloud storage, Automatic cross-device Cloud Sync, Premium templates, Cepe Sign (10/month), and Version history. Professional adds 100 GB Cepe Cloud storage, Cepe AI (CAI), Unlimited Cepe Sign, Advanced exports, Activity Tracker (personal), and Priority support. Business adds 1 TB Cepe Cloud storage, All templates, Team workspaces, Shared folders, Team admin, Audit logs, Team Activity Tracker, and 5 users included (+$5/user/month). Sign in and open your member dashboard. Billing and plan changes are managed from your account settings. If you need help, contact billing support.
A 3-Year subscription is prepaid for 36 months. The price shown is the total amount charged upfront for that term (one payment for 36 months of access), not 36 monthly charges. It does not auto-renew after the prepaid period ends unless you buy again. See pricing and our Refund Policy.
Cancel from your dashboard billing settings. Cancelling does not automatically mean you lose access right away: for monthly and annual plans, cancel before renewal and you normally keep access until the end of the current paid period; for a 3-Year prepaid plan, access normally continues until the prepaid end date shown in your account. Cancellation and refund requests are separate — cancelling does not by itself approve a refund. Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy and applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law where it applies). Statutory consumer rights are not excluded. Also see our Terms of Service.
No. Cancellation and refunds are separate. Cancelling stops future renewal (or confirms a prepaid term will end on its entitlement date) and does not automatically generate a refund. If you want a refund reviewed, submit a refund request from your dashboard or contact billing support. We assess requests under the Refund Policy and applicable law. We do not claim that refunds are unavailable in every situation.
On the forgot password page, enter your email and complete the security check. If that address is registered, we email a reset link (not the password). Open the link to choose a new password. Check spam if you do not see the message from no-reply@cepe.io.
Desktop app
Downloads, licenses, and updates.
Signed-in members on every plan, including Free, can download the desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Guests must create a free account first. Visit the download page after a public desktop release is published. Until then, use Cepe Paper in your browser.
Open the desktop app and go to activation settings, or activate from the License area in your member dashboard. Each key is tied to your account and plan limits.
The desktop app checks for updates automatically when a signed public release is configured. Until installers are published, use Cepe Paper in your browser. Release notes and announcements appear on our blog.
Files & features
Working with documents, sync, and AI.
Cepe Paper supports word-style documents, slide decks, spreadsheets, and PDFs. Import and export options depend on your plan and the editor mode you are using. For format-specific limits, check in-app export menus or contact support.
Automatic cross-device Cloud Sync is included on Creator and above. Free includes Cepe Cloud storage you can upload to, but files do not sync across devices automatically. Files you choose to store in Cepe Cloud stay in your Cepe account within the storage included with your plan.
Cepe AI (CAI) is built-in AI assistance for writing, layout suggestions, summaries, and similar tasks inside Cepe Paper. Availability and usage limits depend on your subscription. AI features are optional—you can use the app without them. Read our AI Disclaimer before relying on AI outputs.
Business and Enterprise include Team workspaces, Shared folders, Team admin, and Audit logs. Professional includes Activity Tracker (personal), not Team workspaces. Use the community forum to connect with other members.
Security & privacy
HTTPS/TLS, account-scoped files, and the Privacy Policy.
Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Member files are scoped to your account with access controls and database row-level security where applicable.Read the full Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Sign in with Google shares your email address, name, and profile photo so we can create and authenticate your Cepe account. It does not access Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or Drive. Connecting Google Drive in the editor is optional and separate. See the Privacy Policy.
Your files are private to your account unless you explicitly share them or use team workspaces on a plan that includes sharing. Do not share account credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access via security contact immediately.
