Affiliate Program Terms

By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in the Cepe Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Affiliate Terms and our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not join or participate in the Program.

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Maintain an active Cepe member account in good standing (a free account is sufficient).
• Provide accurate registration and payout information when requested.
• Comply with applicable laws, including advertising disclosure and anti-spam rules.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in affiliate programs of this type is prohibited.

Employees of Cepe, Nexaverse Technology, and their immediate family members are not eligible unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Enrollment requires a completed application through our official affiliate sign-up flow, including acceptance of these Affiliate Terms. Upon approval, you receive a unique affiliate identifier (“Affiliate ID”), referral link, and/or discount code for tracking referrals.

You may not transfer, sell, or sublicense your Affiliate ID. We may reject or revoke IDs that infringe trademarks, impersonate Cepe, or violate our naming guidelines.

Referrals are generally attributed using cookies, referral links, and discount codes according to the attribution window and rules displayed in your affiliate dashboard at the time of the referral. The dashboard settings control commission rates, cookie duration, eligible plans, and discount offers for referred customers.

We use reasonable technical measures to track referrals but do not guarantee perfect attribution. Disputes must be reported within thirty (30) days of the event with sufficient detail for us to investigate.

You may promote Cepe Paper and Cepe using approved marketing materials and honest descriptions of product capabilities. You must:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g. “affiliate link,” “I earn a commission”) where required by law.
• Use only official assets from your affiliate dashboard or materials we provide.
• Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about features, pricing, or availability.
• Describe Activity Tracker accurately: it provides usage metadata for eligible team plans and does not include webcam, microphone, or screen recording.
• Not bid on Cepe trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search without written permission.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending rewards:

• Self-referrals, referrals from accounts you control, or coordinated fraud to generate commissions.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or promotion on sites that violate third-party terms.
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, fake traffic, or manipulation of tracking systems.
• Impersonating Cepe, suggesting official employment or partnership without authorization.
• Promoting on illegal, hateful, adult, or deceptive websites or content.
• Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or pricing not published by Cepe.

Commissions and rewards are calculated according to the rates and rules shown in your dashboard for qualifying paid subscriptions by referred customers. Qualifying transactions exclude refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and subscriptions cancelled within any published refund or reversal window. See also our Refund Policy.

We may adjust commission structures, eligible plans, or promotional offers with reasonable notice via the dashboard or email. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Rewards are displayed as estimates until reviewed. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or deny rewards that we reasonably believe violate these Affiliate Terms or result from abuse.

Payouts are issued when your approved balance reaches the minimum threshold and payout method configured in your dashboard (e.g. PayPal or bank transfer, where available). Payout schedules and minimums are defined in the dashboard and may change from time to time.

You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive. We may require tax forms or identification before processing payouts. If a payout fails due to incorrect details you provided, we may retry or forfeit the amount after a reasonable period.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Cepe logos, banners, and marketing materials solely to promote the Program in compliance with these Affiliate Terms. You may not modify our trademarks except as allowed in provided templates.

All goodwill from use of our marks inures to us. Upon termination, you must stop using our marks and materials promptly.

Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately for violation of these Affiliate Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or harm to our brand.

Upon termination, unpaid rewards that were validly earned before termination and not subject to dispute may still be paid according to the payout schedule, unless termination was for cause under Section 6.

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED TRACKING, SPECIFIC EARNINGS, OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF THE PROGRAM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO THE COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cepe, Nexaverse Technology, and their officers and agents from claims arising from your promotion activities, breach of these Affiliate Terms, or violation of law, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cepe, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
