Why We Built Cepe Paper
We built Cepe Paper because writing, slides, spreadsheets, and AI should live in one workspace — not a pile of disconnected apps.
Most work does not stay in one format. A proposal becomes a spreadsheet. A spreadsheet becomes a deck. A deck becomes a signed PDF. Then someone asks for a rewrite, and the trail of files starts over.
We built Cepe Paper because that loop should not require four subscriptions, three exports, and a folder full of nearly identical copies.
The problem we kept seeing
People already know how to write, present, and calculate. The friction is everything around the work — switching tools, losing formatting, hunting for the latest version, and pasting the same ideas into a new blank page.
Office suites grew up as separate products that happen to share a brand. AI arrived as another tab. Cloud storage became another login. Signatures lived somewhere else. Each piece works. Together they feel like a pile.
We wanted one studio where the document, the numbers, the slides, and the export are part of the same project.
Simple to start, powerful to grow with
Cepe Paper is built by Nexaverse Technology as the document studio at the heart of Cepe. The goal is not to add more complexity. It is to make professional tools feel approachable — clean enough for personal use, capable enough for client work and teams.
That is why a Free plan exists. You should be able to open the editor, write something real, and export a PDF without a sales call. When you need cloud sync, premium templates, Cepe Sign, or Cepe AI, you grow into those features instead of buying a stack you do not need yet.
Documents, slides, sheets, and PDFs belong together
Work is connected even when the files are not. A quarterly review needs a narrative, a table of results, and a deck for the room. A freelancer needs a proposal, an invoice sheet, and a signed agreement.
Cepe Paper keeps those modes in one workspace so you spend less time exporting and more time finishing. Templates give you structure. Cloud sync lets you pick up the same project on desktop or in the browser. Version history helps you recover the draft you actually meant to keep.
AI should sit inside the work
We did not want Cepe AI (CAI) to be a chatbot you visit when you leave your document. Drafting, rewriting, and summarizing belong next to the paragraph you are already editing.
CAI is built to assist — not replace — your judgment. It only receives the content you send in a request. Submitted prompts may be processed by third-party providers to generate a response.
Trust is not an add-on
If people are going to write contracts, budgets, and client work in Cepe Paper, the controls have to be specific. Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Member files are scoped to your account with row-level security where applicable. Desktop licenses are hashed. Activity Tracker does not collect webcam, microphone, or screen recordings.
Built for the years ahead
We are early in a long journey. The next chapters are deeper editing, smarter CAI, tighter sync across web and desktop, and tools that scale from one person to a team.
Cepe Paper exists because productivity should feel connected. Write, present, calculate, sign, and ship — in one place, from anywhere.
If that is the way you want to work, start free and grow with us.
